PGDM at GNIM

PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) at Guru Nanak Institute of Management is a two year full time Programme approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The two year programme provides continuous academic input combined with constant industry interactions which have resulted in 100% placement record over the years in the companies of repute. The Industry interactions which have resulted up graded to meet the growing demands of the industry in the area of management. Students pursuing this Programme are nurtured to develop attitude essential for developing themselves into sound and responsible managers.

The program is divided into four semesters. The first two semesters lay the foundation skills. In the next two semesters students specialize in the chosen area of interest. Specializations in Finance, Marketing, HR and IB are offered in accordance to the industry demands. The pedagogy includes case studies, role plays and simulation exercises and live projects besides specialized on the subjects.

The curriculum of PGDM lays the foundation for a conceptual and analytical understanding of the business environment. The program is designed to closely integrate business management theory and practice. Students pursuing this Programme are nurtured to develop attitudes essential for developing themselves into sound and responsible managers. In addition to the curriculum, regular assignments, summer internship, and term projects are a few of the highlights of PGDM curriculum.

Process of Admission

Submission of completed form -


  1. The form can be bought from college campus for ₹ 500/- and can also be downloaded from institute website www.gnim.ac.in .
  2. The downloaded form should be submitted to institute with a Demand Draft of ₹ 800/- issued in favour of Guru Nanak Institute of Management payable at New Delhi.
  3. Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
  4. Merit-wise declaration of result personally to the student and on website within 7 days from the conduct of GD/PI.
  5. Issue of Selection letters to the selected students with time schedule of fee payment.
