Owing to it, an entire department of expert counselors and placement assistors has been dedicated to administer the placement opportunities within the students.
Placement Activities The campus recruitment program aims to match the aspirations of the future corporate leaders with the expectations of the corporate sector. The placement activity is coordinated by the students, headed by the Placement Officer and Industry experts. The placement activity spreads over the year, and makes special efforts to groom the students for them to face the corporate world.
Some Placement activities are: We have hired Professionals, agencies to train students for the following rounds. Career counseling by faculty and trained professionals in different functional areas from the corporate world. A structured Personality Development Program, comprising of Group Discussion ,behavioral skills and interview skills are imbibed by trainers and corporate alike. Placement Process The Placement program starts in the first week of November and is scheduled to continue concurrently with the academic activities .
Presentations All audio visual aids such as LCD’s, OHP projectors, VCR’s T.V.’s etc for presentations are provided.
Technical Aptitude Test The Organization in order to judge the technical & general proficiency conducts a test. This test could either be an online or offline test. The Institute provides requisite infrastructure for conduction the online tests.
Final Interview Students shortlisted after the tests are further interviewed by the panelists and are made final offers for joining.
