Placement is not only interaction between GNIM and the industry, but we at GNIM have a firm belief that a mutually cooperative relationship goes beyond yearly recruitment calendar. GNIM pro-actively facilitates interaction between students and the industry. The interaction leads to practical hands on experience for students. The corporates get an opportunity to engage the students from a close quarter. This interaction is brought about through various forums like seminars, industry visits, summer internships and short term courses. GNIM also encourages companies to engage its students for their short term project requirements.

Placement Process The placement at GNIM is coordinated by students managed committee under the guidance of Placement Officer. The main recruitment processes are:

The Campus Recruitment The companies visit campus and conduct the recruitment process for the final / summer placement. The process comprises of Written Test / GD / Interview and handling offer letters to the selected candidates.

Early Placement Talks This involves various representations from various organizations to entail a presentation to appraise students about the organization. The student placement committee with the guidance of placement officer enables students to evaluate his/her own interest in the company and thus helps one to identify the appropriate profile.
